Terms and Conditions


The person making the booking is responsible for the conduct of all the individuals in their party. Please ensure that you read this document. Failure to read and abide by it, is no excuse fund for breaching the following terms and conditions. By making a Booking Request you are deemed to have accepted these terms.  

Booking Conditions

We reserve the right to decline or terminate the booking of any customers whose party make up or behavior may be or come to be a nuisance, danger or annoyance to others. In such instances no refunds will be offered. With this in mind our policy is not to accept large group bookings or bookings made for celebratory parties, unless prior arrangement has been made with the owners of the site. We do not allow stag or hen parties.

Changes and Cancellations

We will endeavour to accommodate any changes that you wish to make to your holiday once booked.

Deposits however are none refundable, and will only be transferred if 48 hours prior notice is given, to another available date within the current season. All deposits will be lost for any bookings cancelled within 48 hours of arrival. Should circumstances beyond our control force us to cancel your holiday then we will either offer you a full refund of your deposit or make alternative arrangement for another time.

Bank Holidays

Bookings made on bank holiday weekends will only be secured on the payment of a one nights stay per pitch. Failure to pay a deposit at bank holiday periods, will lead to an unsecured booking, and your booking will be lost. Single night bookings at this time are not accepted, and we have a minimum stay of 2 nights at bank holidays.


When making a booking, please provide accurate information regarding the type of unit and the occupants visiting, so that we can allocate a suitable pitch. If you have a particular pitch preference we will do our best, but cannot guarantee your choice. A ‘pitch’ is one car/vehicle and one caravan, any additional vehicles will occur an additional charge.

Arrivals and Departures


All customers and visitors are required to call in at reception (the bungalow). Pitches are let from 1pm on day of arrival until 11am on the day of departure. For a late departure please enquire with reception. Overstaying departure times, unless prior arrangement has been made will incur an extra charge.


Use of your accommodation


Only those people listed on the booking can occupy your accommodation and use the facilities. No caravan/motorhome/campervan/trailer tent or any type of tent are to be left unoccupied overnight at any time. Any which are found to be left unoccupied, will be removed from the pitch.


Visitors   (Currently due to Covid no visitors are allowed at present)

Visitors are welcome on our site, but must book in at reception and will be charged the visitors rate.

Any visitors wishing to stay the night must inform the reception, and an overnight charge will be made.

Anyone not abiding by these rules will be asked to leave the site.

Barrier system

Our park operates a barrier system, therefore customers and visitors must book in at reception to obtain an entry number.  The barrier operates using one entry number per car. This number must not be passed on, or used by anyone other than the person it was issued to. Extra cars, and visitors must be issued their own entry numbers.


Failure to abide by the rules of the campsite by any person or persons may result is the person/persons having to leave the site.




Any person or persons caught damaging any property or goods belonging to Ingfield Farm Camping will be liable for costs to cover the damage incurred, and may be asked to leave the site. Any damages should be reported to the reception or owners of the site. Ingfield Farm Camping does not accept any responsibility for damage to customer or visitor’s personal property or vehicles.




Whilst the general public are not allowed on site, and the site is monitored by CCTV, please make sure anything valuable is locked away in your caravan/motorhome, or safely locked away in the boot of your car. We cannot accept responsibility for loss, damage or theft of personal property.
